Our Next Diabetic Eye Screening is February 22nd 9am-12pm at McGill Family Medicine
These events are free retinopathy screenings for uninsured, diabetic CRCHC patients. They occur every few months at our McGill and Salisbury Health locations. Please contact your clinic if you are diabetic, uninsured, and have not gotten an eye exam this year. We will be more than happy to add you to the waitlist for our next screening event. Our clinics host quarterly eye screenings for our uninsured diabetic patients. Contact your clinic to see if you are eligible.
Wellness Hour
Wellness Hour is a FREE CRCHC after hours event designed for individuals to learn exercise safely in a fun, music-filled environment. This event will occur bi-monthly on Tuesdays, 6-7pm at our China Grove site. Click the link below to learn about our next dance-fitness class in September!

Fiesta Fit
Wellness Support Group
This support group is an open and safe environment for patients and their family members to learn more about health-related topics. Attendees can expect a brief informational presentation and a group activity or discussion. Healthy snacks and water with our very own Swag Bags will also be available.
Occurs bi-monthly on Tuesdays, 6-7pm
