Adult Health
Our Adult Medicine Program are dedicated to providing our patients with comprehensive healthcare options. Primary care services include physical exams, vaccinations, anxiety and depression screenings, chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension), and referrals for specialty care. Adult healthcare is offered at all our clinic locations.
Children Health
CRCHC offers a wide range of comprehensive primary care, dental, and support services to our pediatric patients and their families, including:

- School and sports physicals
- Sick visits
- Urgent Care
Urgent Care
Our Urgent Care Clinic provides urgent medical attention for patients with an illness, minor injury, or infection. Patients of CRCHC can be seen at Urgent Care on a walk-in or same day appointment basis. Please note this is not an emergency department. If you are experiencing a medical emergency (life-threatening symptoms) please call 911 or go immediately to your nearest Emergency Department.
Women’s Health
Our excellent Women’s Health providers offer women’s well-care services, such as gynecological exams and well-woman visits. CRCHC free pregnancy tests at all of our sites on a walk-in basis or by appointment.
