To maintain a safe, private, and respectful environment for all patients and staff, we ask that the following visitor guidelines be observed during clinic visits.

Support Persons

• One support person may accompany the patient.
• Additional visitors should remain in the waiting area.

Children at Appointments

Please try to arrange childcare before your appointment.

Children under 12 should not be present for the following visits:

• • • Women’s Health exams (including PAP exams)
    • Behavioral Health visits
    • Medical procedures
    • Dental treatments

Supervision & Safety

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No unattended children in waiting areas or exam rooms.

Respectful Environment

• Keep voices low in waiting areas.
• Follow staff instructions during exams.
