Substance Use Treatment Services
Integrated Recovery in Primary Care
At CRCHC, our approach to substance use treatment integrates medical, mental health, and social support within your regular primary care. This whole-person model ensures that we can support patients through every step of their recovery journey while addressing co-occurring conditions like diabetes, depression, and anxiety.
Discreet & Accessible
Unlike specialty treatment centers, our setting allows patients to receive substance use treatment discreetly alongside routine medical visits. This reduces stigma and improves access for those who need help but are hesitant to seek it in a traditional addiction clinic.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Our care teams offer FDA-approved medications to support recovery from alcohol or opioid use disorders. These treatments help manage cravings and withdrawal, making it easier to stay focused on long-term recovery.
For Alcohol Use
- Acamprosate (Campral®)
- Naltrexone (Revia®)
- Naltrexone monthly injection (Vivitrol®)
- Disulfiram (Antabuse®)
Note: We do not provide detox services for alcohol use.
For Opioid Use
- Buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone®)
- Buprenorphine monthly injection (Sublocade®)
- Naltrexone (Revia®)
- Naltrexone monthly injection (Vivitrol®)
Note: We do not offer detox or methadone treatment, but we can refer you to clinics that do.
Relapse Prevention Groups
Our structured group therapy sessions help individuals in recovery recognize triggers, develop coping skills, and build a supportive community. Led by licensed clinicians, these sessions are offered on weekdays during afternoons and evenings.
