Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers (CRCHC) is proud to expand its integrated care network through a partnership with the School Health Alliance for Forsyth County. This collaboration strengthens CRCHC’s mission to increase access to high quality, patient centered healthcare for children and families across the region.

By bringing school based and community based services together under one coordinated system, CRCHC is helping meet patients where they are and reducing barriers to care. This expansion supports early intervention, continuity of care, and improved long term health and academic outcomes for students and families.
