Alexander Waite, DO
Dr. Waite has a unique background that CRCHC values. He has been serving underserved populations since 1987. His passion for providing care and resources to those without led him to the Central African Republic where he served in the Peace Corps. Dr. Waite not only speaks English but 2 other languages. He is fluent in French and Sango (the national language of the Central African Republic).

My practice philosophy is to provide culturally competent and patient centered care that is rooted in compassion and evidence-based practice. I especially like to educate patients on the importance of health promotion and disease prevention, which I believe is key in improving patients’ overall health outcomes.

Angela Mearns, FNP
Ms. Mearns joined CRCHC as Family Nurse Practioner in July 2019, from Wesley Commons Health and Rehab Center in Greenwood, SC. Ms. Mearns holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Lander University
and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Graceland University. Ms. Mearns brings more than 11 years of healthcare experience to this
position. Over her career she has held positions in Family Practice, Urgent Care, Cardiology and Geriatrics.Carlton Bruce, DMD
Carlton Bruce, DMD, received his Doctorate in Dentistry from Tufts University School of Dentistry. He spent his last five years at the Community Health Center of Cape Code in Mashpee, MA. and has used his years of experience and skills to help CRCHC set up its first dental facility.
Ivory Williams, DNP
Graduated in 2008 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of South Carolina-Aiken college of nursing. She has over 10yrs. Critical Care Nursing (CCN) experience. Her love and compassion to improve the quality of care in the healthcare industry, and unique experience working as
a CCN later inspired her to obtain her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of South Carolina-Columbia in December 2017. She joined CRCHC in December as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and truly values providing optimal care to patients and their families.
