Ms. Mearns joined CRCHC as Family Nurse Practitioner in July 2019, from Wesley Commons Health and Rehab Center in Greenwood, SC. Ms. Mearns holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Lander University and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Graceland University. Ms. Mearns brings more than 11 years of healthcare experience to this
position. Over her career she has held positions in Family Practice, Urgent Care, Cardiology and Geriatrics.

CRCHC is proud to have Jennifer (Jennie) Sass, Family Nurse Practitioner on the team.  Jennifer is excited to bring compassion, empathy, and respect to her patients, to make a true difference in the lives of the entire community. Jennifer says, "Working in primary care my role as a provider has as much to do with healing as it does about preventive care.  I can help people live longer, happier, and healthier lives." Jennifer is more than just a Family Nurse Practitioner, she loves to hike, garden, and spend time with family and friends. She understands everyone has concerns and worries, and she will be your biggest supporter and cheerleader when it comes to your health goals.

Charise is from New Jersey and brings a graduate degree (MSW) from Rutgers University, with over 10 years of experience specializing in addiction treatment for adults with co-occuring disorders (mental health and substance use) in outpatient, intensive outpatient, and integrated care settings. She has a passion for helping people and looks forward to helping and empowering individuals to help them feel that they are living and not just existing.

Carlton Bruce, DMD

Carlton Bruce, DMD, received his Doctorate in Dentistry from Tufts University School of Dentistry.  He spent his last five years at the Community Health Center of Cape Code in Mashpee, MA. and has used his years of experience and skills to help CRCHC set up its first dental facility.

Ana strives to provide compassion and quality
care for all her patients. She educates her patients
and makes their experience a positive one. Ana’s passion and dedication for her career started when she went to interpret at a Missions of Mercy Clinic and saw the impact that all of those dentists had in the community. Ana originates from a small mountain community in Mexico.
