Dr. Rheinbolt, pediatrics, enjoys working with families and taking care of children.  He has worked in Guatemala for many years focusing
on the Maya Indians.  He speaks Spanish, Maya Quiche and had studied delivery of health care
services in a cross-cultural setting.

Angela Mearns, FNP-C

Ms. Mearns joined CRCHC as Family Nurse Practitioner in July 2019, from Wesley Commons Health and Rehab Center in Greenwood, SC. Ms. Mearns holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Lander University and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Graceland University. Ms. Mearns brings more than 11 years of healthcare experience to this
position. Over her career she has held positions in Family Practice, Urgent Care, Cardiology and Geriatrics.

Jenna Cameron, FNP-C

CRCHC is proud to have Jenna Cameron (FNP). Jenna is compassionate about all her patient's wellbeing. Patients can look forward to a provider who gives her all and best to make sure her they have an understanding of their health. She does her best to put herself in their shoes of what they expect from my provider.  I help them with wellness and make it easier to understand.

I especially like to educate patients on the importance of health promotion and disease prevention, which I believe is key in improving patients’ overall health outcomes.

Ivory Williams, DNP

Graduated in 2008 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of South Carolina-Aiken college of nursing. She has over 10yrs. Critical Care Nursing (CCN) experience. Her love and compassion to improve the quality of care in the healthcare industry, and unique experience working as a CCN later inspired her to obtain her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of South Carolina-Columbia in December 2017. She joined CRCHC in December as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and truly values providing optimal care to patients and their families.

Charise Atiba, LCSW

Charise is from New Jersey and brings a graduate degree (MSW) from Rutgers University, with over 10 years of experience specializing in addiction treatment for adults with co-occuring disorders (mental health and substance use) in outpatient, intensive outpatient, and integrated care settings. She has a passion for helping people and looks forward to helping and empowering individuals to help them feel that they are living and not just existing. 

Tiffany Thomas, LCSW

“My focus is to provide every patient with compassionate care. I pursued a profession in Social Work in efforts to encourage and assist others in reaching their full potential, and to be able to help others recognize their strengths to overcome individual obstacles and diversities”.

Carlton Bruce, DMD

Carlton Bruce, DMD, received his Doctorate in Dentistry from Tufts University School of Dentistry.  He spent his last five years at the Community Health Center of Cape Code in Mashpee, MA. and has used his years of experience and skills to help CRCHC set up its first dental facility.

Ana Murillo, DDS

Ana strives to provide compassion and quality
care for all her patients. She educates her patients
and makes their experience a positive one. Ana’s passion and dedication for her career started when she went to interpret at a Missions of Mercy Clinic and saw the impact that all of those dentists had in the community. Ana originates from a small mountain community in Mexico. 

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
