Leaping Into the New Year Healthy With CRCHC
January 6, 2026
At Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers (CRCHC), we believe that health and community go hand in hand. This holiday season, we are honored to continue a tradition that reflects our mission of care beyond the clinic. The CRCHC Angel Tree is a staff-led initiative supporting families who may need a little extra joy this year.
Supporting Families Across the Communities We Serve
For 2025, CRCHC is selecting one family from each of our six clinic locations across Rowan County, Cabarrus County, and Mecklenburg County. Each chosen family has shared a personal holiday wish list, and our goal is to ensure every wish is fulfilled through the kindness and generosity of our community.
By choosing families directly connected to our service areas, the Angel Tree reflects the communities we serve every day.
The heart behind the Angel Tree
The Angel Tree initiative reflects more than seasonal giving. It represents our values as a federally qualified health center committed to serving the whole person and uplifting the communities around us.
While our clinics provide medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and supportive services throughout the year, the holidays remind us of the importance of kindness, connection, and community support beyond the exam room.
The Angel Tree celebration reminds us that community care means showing up for one another in ways that go beyond health care. This holiday season, CRCHC is proud to spread hope and holiday joy to families in the place we call home.
